In May 2002, at the request of the incoming new editor, a Management Committee was appointed for this Paper. Mgr Mulvany became and remains it’s Chairman. On his advice the committee has recently been reconstituted and is currently carrying out a review of the paper. This review was originally intended for clergy and Parish Councils only, but when the editor questioned the wisdom of this, Parish Councils were advised that they could involve other parishioners should they wish. The editorial team has sought the opinion of its readers on several occasions over the past three years, mostly by email, but by letters to Parish Priests too. There been very few replies from clergy, but the replies we have had, have always been helpful even when critical. We therefore think it would be good for all our readers to be given a sight of the questions which are clear and simple.
